We want you to be happy with your order and accept requests to return an item within 14 days of receipt. You then have 14 days following this request to return your item to us.
Items must be in an unused/unopened and undamaged condition to qualify.
If the original purchase included a free item, this must also be returned.
It is your responsibility to arrange for items to be returned to us.
For faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory quality items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please keep hold of your order and any damage/s as we may request photographic evidence to assist your claim. We will then send you a returns label.
We ship to the UK Mainland only, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
We do not ship to The Channel Islands.

Shipping is calculating by the weight of the order and by the service selected.
