DIRECTIONS

1 Fill bathtub with adequate warm water .

2 Sprinkle JELLY SPAR BATH -STEP 1 over the surface of the foot tub.

3The water will turn marvelous jelly .

4 Soak feet as needed and massage with the jelly .

5 Add DILUTION MINERAL -STEP 2 to foot bathtub to dilute thejelly . Stir well

6 If needed , add more water to the foot bath tub.

7 Soak for 3-5 Minutes more to absorb , drain the mineral into the skin.
