Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We use PayPal.
1. Your sensitive financial information is securely stored on PayPal servers.
2. When you use PayPal to pay online, you provide only your PayPal email address.
3. The merchants/retailers receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.
If you do not wish to pay online, you can use an alternative which is offered during the purchasing process.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
At Saracen Distribution Ltd we only use established, specialist couriers to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Times
Standard Delivery – we only offer this service which takes approximately 1 to 5 working days* for the majority of the country, this time may vary for some restricted post codes. Delivery within this time scale is subject to stock availability.
2. Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery – delivery to UK mainland £6.60 (Zone A and U – excluding Scottish surcharge areas and Ireland) only.
Please note: Online ordering is only available for mainland UK destinations. Customers requiring delivery to remote or non-mainland areas should note that delivery may incur additional charges.

4. Returns
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please call +44 (0) 1531 671116.
Please Note: You must report faulty or damaged goods within 7 working days* of delivery. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
* Working Days are classed as Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, VAT is added at the current rate.
